One Click LCA's referral programs

We offer two referral programs: one for candidates hired based on referrals, and the other for One Click LCA subscription customers acquired by referral. Read the full details for each program under the relevant tab below. Follow this link to make a referral.
Please use this form to submit a referral either for a great candidate for joining One Click LCA Ltd, (formerly known as Bionova Ltd), or a company benefiting from using One Click LCA. Referral program for candidates hired based on referrals

  1. This referral program applies to referrals that result in One Click LCA hiring the referred candidate for a permanent, full-time position.
  2. Bonus 1000 EUR for a successful referral. Half of the payment is made when a referred candidate has started at the job and the balance after successfully completing 6 months.
  3. Excludes candidates who applied to One Click LCA previously within the last 9 months.
  4. Excluded referrals:
    a. The hiring manager can’t receive a referral bonus
    b. People working at a One Click LCA client company whose company ethical policy (or equivalent) prohibits receiving a referral bonus, can’t receive a referral bonus
    c. Referrals by a person working at a One Click LCA client company to a person in the same company in continued, permanent employment can’t receive a referral bonus
  5. Applicable from now for positions filled until June 2021.
  6. Payout to individuals only as a cash transfer. Each recipient is responsible for paying any and all taxes that might apply. The amount is a gross amount.
  7. Referrals made on behalf of a company can request the same benefit as a credit towards their next One Click LCA software license.
  8. We reserve the right to modify the referral program without prior notice.

Referral program for One Click LCA subscription customers acquired based on referrals

  1. This referral program applies to referrals that result in One Click LCA signing up the referred customer for a new subscription for One Click LCA.
  2. Bonus 500 EUR for a successful referral, however capped at 30 % of annual subscription.
  3. Excludes referrals who have requested or received a quote within last 9 months or that had a valid subscription until that time.
  4. The payment is made when the subscription license is paid.
  5. One Click LCA staff, agents and resellers are excluded from eligible referees.
  6. People working at a One Click LCA client company whose company ethical policy (or equivalent) prohibits receiving a referral bonus, can’t receive a referral bonus.
  7. Applicable for now for subscriptions signed until end of March 2021.
  8. Payout to individuals only as a cash transfer. Each recipient responsible for paying any and all taxes that might apply. The amount is a gross amount.
  9. Referrals made on behalf of a company can request the same benefit as a credit towards their next One Click LCA software license invoice.
  10. We reserve right to modify the referral program without prior notice.
