This position is about ensuring our clients success in completing their analysis and getting the desired results in an efficient manner. In this position you will work as a construction life cycle assessment expert providing guidance and support to our construction sector clients via various channels including email and chat. You will also help in improving our customer guidance materials and in improving the software usability by providing customer insights to the development team.   • Ability and motivation to become expert in construction sector life cycle assessment, including its use in commercial green building certifications
  • Ability to learn and become expert for LCA calculation software solution
  • Fast learning skills and want to improve constantly
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Ability to quickly analyze client situation to gauge the importance and to find most suitable solution for them
  • Bachelors or higher degree in life cycle assessment, building sustainability or related area is considered an asset, but is not a requirement
  • Ability to understand the big picture but also attention to details
  • Great communication skills both externally and within the team
  • Ability to write about complex technical issues in a clear and easy to understand way
  • Fluent English, other language skills are considered as an asset

We value demonstrated relevant achievements, competence and experience, LCA understanding, and relevant engineering or scientific education.

This trainee position is in Helsinki, Finland. A valid work permit is required.
