One Click LCA was used by Colliers International Romania to calculate the Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment for their first LEED v4 project, as part of LEED Certification. The project aims to achieve a Gold Level certification
The project is an industrial park which will include one warehouse connected with an office building, but also areas dedicated to parking, technical areas, and guard house. The office buildings will consist of a ground level and 2 floors above available for office use. There will be approximately 20,000 square meters of warehouse and office spaces. The car parking placed at the ground level will include also places for electrical vehicles and carpools. The project consists also of a large green areas that provide ample space for pedestrians and a variety of landscape species, native and adapted to this zone.
While working with the tool, Colliers’ team appreciated the additional resources available on the website, which were very helpful in defining the baseline and for optimizing the design of the LEED project. Also, the team was very satisfied with the reports generated automatically by the software, which can be easily integrated
Colliers’ team is looking forward in using this software for their upcoming LEED and BREEAM projects.
