The small, modern and functional Mickiewicza Development is the third stage of the investment by Skanska − the first residential development with a BREEAM certificate in Poland.
The buildings are free of toxic materials. Thermal insulation applied there effectively reduces the costs of heating and the triple-glazed panoramic windows beautifully light the interiors.
The shape of buildings is subordinated to the philosophy of architecture originating in Scandinavia. The development refers to the peaceful nature of the surrounding and the architects have put stress on the individual nature of the site. The balance selection of decorative elements, the white and dark accents and a visual simplicity define the key features of the investment. The sets of windows, loggias and balconies, create interesting artistic compositions with the use of traditional elements of natural and modest architectonic details.
